Panda checkout provides a dynamic and smooth checkout experience for major Chatbot platforms.
Your customer can initiate checkout right inside your chatbot, and get purchase confirmation immediately.
Panda checkout also has Zapier integration, if you want to enroll users to your online course or membership, you can set up the purchase complete trigger and connect with hundreds of apps that Zapier already support.
In this article, we will use Zapier to push all the purchase information to Google sheet.
Our Zapier app is a private app, you will need an invitation link to get access.
You can find the invitation link in the “integration” tab
Here is a direct link:
Click the link above, and you will be redirect to Zapier, you should be able to see below:
Now, you can click “Accept invite and Build a Zap”, you should be able to add the app into your inventory.
Before we connect Zapier with your panda checkout account, you need to copy your API key first.
If you login panda checkout, and go to “integration” from the left side menu, you should be able to see the API key below:
Once you copy the API key, now let’s go to Zapier to set up Zaps.
Click “Make a new Zap”, and then search for the “ Panda Checkout” app, once you find it, select the app, and then choose the trigger event “Create trigger”.
And then select “Create a new account” and then a new window will pop up, and then you need to paste your API key and then confirm.
After you connected with your panda checkout account, you should be able to pull all the flows you have in your account and also choose which hook you want to set up the trigger.
Since we want to push the purchase information into Google sheet in this tutorial, then we need to select “Checkout Succeed” in the hooks, and then in the next section, we will set up the Google sheet integration.
Once you set up the trigger correctly, you should be able to below element automatically create in the flow:
It’s called “Http Request(external request)” and it’s important that you don’t delete this by accident, otherwise your Integromat/Zapier integration might not be triggered.
Double confirm when you want to delete Http request(external webhook)
We will set up a simple Google sheet, and be ready to take purchase information.
I have set up some basic information, like the order number, order total, customer email, payment gateway, payment number in the Google sheet.
Next, we will connect the scenario with the Google sheet module with Zapier.
Now, It’s time for us to connect Zapier with the Google sheet module.
Select the Google sheet, and then connect Google sheet with your account, and then select the Drive, Spreadsheet, and then workbook you want to connect.
And you can now choose the value from the trigger into Google sheet now,
After you select the data you want to push to the Google sheet. And then you can turn on the zap, and now let’s do a sample purchase, and see if there is data coming in.
If you don’t know how to set up “Checkout succeed”, you should follow the tutorials(Chatrace tutorial here) and then do a quick test, see if the zapier works.
If you click the Zapier history, and you should be able to see the Zap has been triggered.
And you should be able to see all the Zap history here:
And you should be able to see the purchase data coming into Google sheet as below:
